Our Team

Judith M. Metzler is a Registered Paralegal through the National Federation of Paralegal Associates and maintains a Paralegal Membership with the Ohio State Bar Association – Member No. 29248. Judie began her career at a local law firm in 1975 and ventured out as an independent paralegal in 1985 when she founded Executive Legal Services to offer independent paralegal services to local attorneys. Judie specializes in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration and trust administration. Judie attended Meyers University in Cleveland, Ohio. Judie was commissioned as Notary Public for the State of Ohio in 1974. Judie is Past President and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Garfield Heights. Judie was featured in a Legal Affairs article published in the Crain’s Cleveland Business issue dated August 17, 2005. Judie is active in various community volunteer organizations and charity organizations. Judie enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. Ronald P. Metzler Jr. has been employed by Executive Legal Services since 2001. Ron is a graduate of The University of Akron, Class of 2007. Ron graduated as member of the Dean’s List with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communications, and a double minor in Finance and Psychology. Ron was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Ohio in 2005. Ron was trained as a Notary Signing Agent for real estate transactions in 2009. Ron maintains a Paralegal Membership with the Ohio State Bar Association – Member No. 101920. Ron specializes in the Docket Services, Mobile Notary Services, and Digital Documentation Services. Ron is married and lives with his wife in North Ridgeville. Ron is a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys sports and outdoor activities, and loves to travel with his wife.

Kristan N. Colleran obtained an Associate of Applied Business in Accounting in 2016, and joined Executive Legal Services in 2018.  Kristan was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Ohio in 2019, and maintains a Paralegal Membership with the Ohio State Bar Association – Member No. 137366. Kristan is married, and lives with her husband and son in North Ridgeville.  Kristan enjoys sports, and watching her son play baseball, hockey, football and tennis.

Nicole D. Metzler has been associated with Executive Legal Services since 2008 and is employed part-time to assist with the Digital Documentation Services. Nicole is married and lives with her husband in North Ridgeville.  Nicole is also a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys sports and outdoor activities, and loves to travel with her husband.

Cynthia K. Karjala has been associated with Executive Legal Services since 2020 as our Docket Clerk, handling filings in all counties, and assists our clients that require more frequent assistance. Cindy is married and lives with her husband in Strongsville. Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, and watching her grandson play baseball and hockey.”
